Is life currently hectic and it’s a mad job trying to organise your personal and training life? For a while now TrainAsONE has helped in this respect with plan locking, but now this feature is more versatile and even easier to use.

On your Dashboard and Calendar page of the web application you’ll now see a Plan Lock button, which reveals a menu list that immediately locks your current plan from 1 to 7 days. It also allows easy access to view your recent plan versions, so you can revert to an older one if you would prefer that too. Once locked, your workouts will not change over the locked period.

If your plan is locked, the Plan Lock button will display a locked padlock along with the date that it automatically becomes unlocked again. Clicking the button shows a menu that then allows you to unlock your plan (with or without initiating a plan rebuild), along with extending the lock.

So if you really want to do that 3.2 km assessment tomorrow, just lock your plan, and there’ll be no excuse not to! Enjoy.

No problem. Glad you like. More simple and effective features on their way.
