New Feature: Post Race Rest Days

Want a little more say in how quickly you would like to return to running / training following a race? Then the new post race rest days option recently introduced into TrainAsONE is for you.

When editing a race you will now find a new configuration option of post race rest days.

Set this field using the selection drop-down.

This instructs the TrainAsONE planner to schedule with this value as your desired minimum number of rest days.

For example, a setting of 2 guarantees at least 2 days of rest following your race. If TrainAsONE calculates that additional days would be more beneficial for you, it will schedule as such.
