As always, but especially under the current global novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, please respect other people when out running and always abide by the health guidelines and restrictions in your area. These may include measures from limiting your running to a complete ban, or simply guidance on social distancing.
Whatever the guidelines applicable to your area, please do take them seriously and follow them. They have been devised for the safety of you and your nation.

With such measures, we can control the spread of the virus and mitigate the number of deaths. Then the world can consider to begin to return to some form of normality.
