TrainAsONE is excited to announce that we are assisting a team from the University of Bath who are conducting a number of studies into the impact of running apps on people’s mental health and well-being.
Participation in the study requires completion of an online questionnaire every other week for six to eight weeks (each questionnaire takes around 10 minutes to complete). Additionally, there are two post-run questions on your current mood and stress levels. Answering these as often as possible would be very much appreciated.

The research is pertinent to beginner and established runners, and people of all abilities and goals. It is completely free and voluntary and you can withdraw at any time.
