This can be done from your Training Settings, where you will find that for each day of the week, there is a minimum run duration field.
– Go to your Training Settings by clicking on the Settings menu ① and then Training Settings menu item ②.
– Click the ‘Update training settings’ button ③.
– For each day of the week that you wish to specify a minimum run duration, set a value in the ‘Min minutes for run’ field ④.
– Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save. This will cause your plan to be rebuilt with your new settings.

🪲 Due to the complexity of how plans are constructed it is possible that planned workouts containing speed steps may be slightly shorter than the minimum duration stipulated. Design to address this has been identified, and is included on the roadmap as part of a next generation training algorithm update.
