If you are a premium (paying) member, the best approach is to contact us using the in-app ask a question feature. This can be found either on the web application Dashboard, or as a menu item within the mobile app’s main drawer. Normally, you can expect a reply within 3 business days.
Free members can email us at [email protected]. Whilst we will attend to all legitimate issues, we do not reply to all emails. This is especially so for non-technical, e.g. training related, questions.
